Keep Argyle Beautiful is dedicated to preserving and enhancing our local natural environment through educational programs, community projects, and sustainable practices that inspire environmental stewardship.
Applications for the KTB Young Texan Ambassador program are now open from May 1 until July 15! This program is intended for young people, ages 15-25. They will then commit to a 9-month-long service to learning, environmental education, and a chance to meet like-minded individuals from around Texas. Each ambassador must complete a cleanup and a capstone service project in their community.
This summer, be sure to pledge to water less, y’all! Pledging to water only twice a week is more than just you, it’s about conserving our water to make sure there’s enough to go around! When you pledge to water less, you save on your water bill, grow a more resilient lawn, and also get entered into a raffle for free items!
UTRWD’s Green Belt Plan is a bold voluntary plan that supports cities and towns in protecting our watersheds against development, upholding conservation corridors, and ensuring our water is safe to use. Recently, the UTRWD introduced its plan to the Argyle Town Council for consideration. Learn more at the links provided below.
We need your support to help us continue making a difference within Argyle. Your support and contributions will enable us to continue achieving our goals and improving our community. Your generous donation will continue to fund our mission.
